Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy forms part of Titch Limited's (we, us, our) Terms and Conditions and explains what information we collect through the Titch app (the App), and how we use and share it.

We collect Account Information from you when you register an Account, including photo identification, your address and contact details, and — if you are a Parent — the number of children in your care. If you register using an account from an online social platform, we will request permission to access your basic information on that platform, such as your name, profile picture, and friends.

Other information we collect may include:

• Payment information — to process payments, we and our third party payment provider, Stripe, require your card and billing information. Transactions are processed through industry-standard encryption by Stripe, which only uses your information for that purpose.
• Location information — we may collect information about the geolocation of your device. You can turn this off in your device settings.
• Mobile analytics — we may use analytics software to understand how the App is used on your device, such as device type, operating system, and how often and how you use the App. We do not link this to any personally identifiable information.

In so far as any information you provide to us is “personal information” for the purposes of the Privacy Act 2020, we will comply with our obligations under that Act. You acknowledge and agree that we may share or disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020, including where we believe on reasonable grounds that we are required to do so by law, or that disclosure is necessary to facilitate the sale of the App or our business, and as otherwise agreed by you under our Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that we may use your personal information to:

• provide the App to you and other Users and perform our obligations under our Terms and Conditions — including passing your information to another User to facilitate a Booking, or so they can see your Profile following any Feedback or Messages you've posted; to a third party to verify your Account; or to overseas data centre and hosting providers (such as Supabase and Vercel) to provide and maintain the App;
• ensure you are complying with our Terms and Conditions;
• improve or enhance the App;
• perform research and data analysis on an aggregated and anonymous basis; and
• market our own and third party products and services to you, where you have agreed that we may do so.
